A quick note about Enter the Battlefield: We will always do our best to treat customers, whether it be online or in-person as if we are doing a transaction with a friend. We hope that our customers will do the same. Because of the time sensitive nature of pricing in this business, the pricing of our cards is sometimes a few hours behind. We will never knowingly take advantage of this, nor do we want to be taken advantage of. Whenever a card gets banned or unbanned, the price of the card changes. Everyone knows this. In the case of a banning, a card price drops. In the case of an unbanning, the card price rises. The problem is, we do not know the exact times of these bannings and need a window of time to adjust. For this reason, if you buy a card within a 12 hour period after a banning or unbanning we reserve the right to cancel the order if our price has not yet adjusted. This is effectively a pricing error on our website. Likewise, if you buy a card within the same period and the card price drops because of a ban we will refund the difference or the whole card if you no longer want it and want to return it. We will do our best to be fair given the known information.
However, if you speculate on cards that are banned and buy them before they become banned, we will always honour those prices even if they get banned five minutes after you buy them. We are fine with customers speculating on cards, we are not fine with customers buying us out of cards after a ban or unbanning of a card just because our shown pricing does not yet reflect the proper value of an unbanned card.
In all cases we do our best to give fair prices based on known information.
